Implementers Group meeting ahead of BM49

Implementers Group gathered on 7th May in Hanoi to discuss a joint statement and prepare for the side meeting on Challenging Operating Environments whic was schedeuled for the next day as part of BM49 pre-baord discussions.

Dr Omid Zamani was representing EMRC in this discussions on site however virtual connection was provided to other members if needed.

The main contribution of EMRC was about Challenging operations in Sudan, Afghanistan and other EMR countries and we asked for GF planning to ensure no one leaves behind in thiese settings.

Dr Moheamed Chakroun was also selected as panelist in the COE side meeting. The presentation and joint statement of ImpG are attached.
